New Patio Installation
We install concrete patios sized and finished for the intended use, starting with proper sub-base preparation, reinforcement, and grading to move water away from the structure and foundation. A patio that holds water or drains toward the house is a problem from day one — we design drainage into the project before the first form goes down.
Stamped & Decorative Concrete
Stamped concrete gives a patio the appearance of stone, tile, or pavers at a lower cost and with less long-term maintenance. Texture options also improve slip resistance, which matters on a surface that gets wet regularly. We install stamped and textured finishes in a range of patterns and colors to complement the surrounding hardscape and home exterior.
Colored Concrete

Common Questions
Concrete is poured as a single surface and cures in place. It's typically lower in upfront cost and requires less ongoing maintenance. Pavers are individual units that can be replaced if one cracks or stains, and offer more design flexibility. Both perform well in Florida when installed correctly. We can walk you through the trade-offs for your specific property during the consultation.
Stamping requires wet concrete and can't be applied to an existing cured surface. Color stains and coatings can be applied to existing concrete in good condition. We assess the existing surface during the site visit and tell you what's achievable before recommending an approach.
Most residential patios take 2 to 4 days from site prep through pour. Stamped and colored finishes add sealing and curing time. We provide a specific timeline during your free estimate.
Routine sweeping and periodic rinsing handle most cleaning. Seal every 2 to 3 years to protect against staining and moisture. Address cracks early before they spread. We provide maintenance guidance at project completion.
