Concrete Slabs
Slabs are the starting point for garages, sheds, additions, equipment pads, and utility structures. A slab that isn't properly formed, reinforced, and graded causes problems for everything built on it. We install slabs sized and spec'd for the intended load, with proper sub-base preparation and drainage grading from the start.
Concrete Steps & Stoops
Steps and entry stoops handle daily traffic and take the full force of Florida weather. We install and replace concrete steps for residential and commercial properties, including landings and entry platforms. Work includes proper forming for consistent rise and run, and finish options to match or complement the surrounding surface.
Retaining Walls
Retaining walls manage grade changes and prevent soil erosion on properties where elevation shifts create drainage or stability issues. We build concrete retaining walls engineered for the load and soil conditions on site. A wall that isn't built to handle the pressure behind it fails — we assess site conditions before recommending a design.
Concrete Repair
Cracked, settled, or spalled concrete doesn't always require full replacement. We assess the underlying cause before recommending a repair approach. Surface-only damage is handled differently than structural cracking or settling caused by sub-base failure. We tell you which situation you have and what the right fix is.
Commercial Flatwork
For commercial properties, contractors, and developers, we handle large-scale concrete flatwork including parking areas, loading zones, equipment pads, and site concrete. Commercial estimates are provided within 10 days.
