Installation, Repair, and Restoration for Residential and Commercial Properties in Tampa Bay
Paver Services
Pavers offer something poured concrete can't: flexibility. Individual units can be lifted, replaced, or reset without disturbing the surrounding surface. That makes paver work both a design choice and a practical one, especially in Florida where soil movement and tree roots are constant factors.
Perkins Concrete Inc. installs and services pavers across the Tampa Bay area for homeowners, businesses, and contractors throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.

What We Install
Whether you're installing a new paver patio, repairing a surface that's shifted or stained, or restoring an existing paver area that's seen better days, Perkins Concrete handles every phase: evaluation, installation, jointing, and finishing. Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.

Paver Patio Installation
A paver patio extends your usable outdoor space and holds up to Florida weather without cracking the way poured concrete can. We install paver patios in a range of materials, colors, and patterns, starting with proper base preparation and grading to ensure the surface drains correctly and stays level over time.

Paver Repair & Releveling
Pavers that have shifted, sunken, or become uneven are a trip hazard and a drainage problem. We lift, regrade, and reset individual units or entire sections without tearing out a full surface. If the base underneath has failed, we address that before anything goes back down.

Re-Sanding & Jointing
Over time, the polymeric sand between paver joints washes out or breaks down, which allows weeds to take hold and units to shift. We repack joints with fresh polymeric sand to stabilize the surface and reduce weed intrusion.

Paver Sealing
Sealing protects pavers from staining, fading, and moisture penetration. We apply sealers appropriate for the paver material and finish, whether the goal is a natural look or enhanced color. Sealing is available as a standalone service or as part of a cleaning and restoration package.

Paver Cleaning & Restoration
Efflorescence, staining, and algae growth are common on Florida pavers. We clean and restore paver surfaces before resealing, bringing worn or discolored surfaces back to a presentable condition without replacement.

Commercial Paver Work
We handle paver installation and repair for commercial properties, HOAs, and contractors. Common applications include entrance plazas, courtyard areas, and property perimeter hardscape. Commercial estimates within 10 days.

The Perkins Concrete Difference
What Sets Good Paver Work Apart
Most paver problems — shifting, settling, poor drainage — start with what's underneath, not the pavers themselves. Base depth, compaction, and bedding sand thickness all determine whether a paver surface stays level and drains properly over time. Cutting corners on base preparation is the most common reason paver surfaces fail prematurely.
Every Perkins Concrete paver project starts with a site evaluation. We assess soil conditions, drainage, and grade before any base material goes down. Repair work gets the same evaluation — we find the cause before we fix the symptom.
You work directly with the owners throughout. One point of contact, consistent communication, and a single point of accountability from the first site visit through the final walkthrough.

Common Questions
Yes. One of the main advantages of pavers is that damaged or stained units can be swapped out individually. We assess whether surrounding units are stable before replacing, and source matching material where possible.
If the base underneath is sound and drainage is working correctly, repair and releveling is usually the right call. If there's widespread base failure, persistent drainage problems, or significant settlement across a large area, replacement may be more cost-effective long term. We assess that during the site evaluation.
Yes. Sealing is available at installation or as a standalone service on existing paver surfaces.
Generally every 3 to 5 years depending on sun exposure, traffic, and the sealer used. We provide maintenance guidance at project completion.

Why Perkins
What Sets Us Apart
Perkins Concrete has been family-owned and operated in the Tampa Bay area since 1989. When you hire us, you work directly with the owners — not a project manager, not a crew foreman. Warren Perkins put his name on this company on day one because the work was supposed to mean something. Forty-seven years and more than 12,000 projects later, that hasn't changed.
We're a veteran owned licensed contractor (License #CPC1457580) and we back every job with a workmanship warranty. Free in-person estimates are available within 36 hours for residential projects and within 10 business days for commercial work.
